Lay it flat, all four corners in frame, no glare. A photo of the document beats a photo of a screen.

Pick a file

The PDF your training provider emailed you works best of all — it is already clean text, so nothing has to be read off a photo.

Email it in

Forward the certificate straight from your inbox. No subject line needed — the attachment is all we read.

Send from the address you signed up with — that is how we know it is yours.

Worth knowing

One credential per file. Two certificates in one PDF get filed as one.

Renewing? Send the new one. It supersedes the old one and your history is kept.

Always check the expiry date afterwards. That is the one field worth a second look.
